Hey, I’m Justine

My name is Justine, and I am a proudly neurodivergent workplace coach. I have Dyslexia and ADHD. I was diagnosed with dyslexia at age 7 and ADHD at 33. Throughout my teens and twenties, I struggled to navigate the world without fully understanding how my creative mind worked in a “neurotypical” environment.

Receiving my ADHD diagnosis was life-changing—it helped me understand myself, my needs, and how to manage my neurodivergent brain in an ever-changing world. I now recognise the unique strengths I have and know how to use them to my advantage.

With over 13 years of experience in the corporate world, I’ve developed effective strategies and coping mechanisms that I now use to help others who want to create positive change in their lives but may not know where to start.

Today, I am a workplace coach specialising in neurodiversity. I offer one-to-one support for employees and provide coaching for managers to help them understand and support their teams more effectively.

My goal is to make workplaces more inclusive, compassionate, and empowering for everyone. I support both neurodivergent and neurotypical clients, offering guidance to help them achieve their goals and succeed in both their personal and professional lives.

Work with Me

What I Offer

I offer one-to-one coaching sessions (1 hour each), booked in blocks of six or more. I work with companies to build a more inclusive culture and educate teams about neurodiversity. I help organisations develop creative ways of working that better support neurodiverse colleagues.

I also deliver workshops to help employees thrive in the workplace. In addition, I provide individual workplace guidance to those who may need support in achieving their goals, aspirations, and managing their day-to-day tasks effectively.

Ciara

Justine was a brilliant coach and mentor. She helped me to articulate my goals and distill them down in to an actionable work plan. She also held me to account and positively challenged me when I held on to limiting beliefs.

Client Testimonals

Abi

Justine's coaching gave me the tools and confidence to advocate for myself and navigate tricky situations at work as an autistic person. She's really easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable in opening up about awkward or vulnerable subjects, and gently guided me towards meaningful changes I could make in my work and personal life.

Katherine

Justine has a natural ability to guide and coach, helping individuals navigate difficult situations and achieve their goals effectively with realistic outcomes. Justine has a deep sense of empathy that underpins her coaching abilities. I highly recommend Justine.
